Zane N Gray is an MS2 from Baltimore, MD working towards a career in medical oncology. Before joining TIIL, he gained invaluable experience in Cancer Biology research as an associate at the National Cancer Institute, where he studied macrophage involvement in NSCLC tumorigenesis and later, as a technician at the Tulane School of Medicine, where his focus was on immune-mediated progression of DCIS to invasive ductal carcinoma under the direction of Dr. Heather Machado. Now at Pitt Med, his research is on organ-specific response to combination checkpoint-inhibitor therapy in patients with advanced melanoma.
